Instead we link to your online store and make it possible for potential buyers to find high quality handmade home decor items by style, material, color. You can even search for sellers locally. This alone will save quite a bit of of time and frustration for our our target audience (and anyone else who finds our website).

SELECTIVE MEMBERSHIP: We're selective about who we represent on DESIGN STYLE GUIDE so our clients and visitors don't have to waste their time wading through clutter and products of questionable taste or quality. As DSG member, you will be a part of a group of artist that make exceptional quality Handmade Home Decor items.

DESIGN STYLE GUIDE IS NOT AN E-COMMERCE SITE: We're not focused on selling you anything--we simply help buyers find what they want, when they want, and connect them directly with the creator/seller. We believe your valuable time deserves more respect than that and so we designed this website to help you out quickly. Since we are adding this new feature, our readers can spend more of their time on their creative process, rather than searching and searching...

We also added three other listings that would go well in the featured room to promote cross selling on our website in a very targeted way. Paid Members can purchase this feature for additional small fee.

5. We Also Feature Profiles of INTERIOR DESIGNERS: Interior Designers can post their portfolio images on our site for a small annual fee. All images are categorized and some of them are connected to coordinating listings through our ADD ON Feature - See Above. This way we can not only showcase their tallent, but also help our buyers and readers to quickly find matching accessories. If the image from a portfolio is linked to a Home Decor Item on our site, it will have a link GET THIS LOOK FOR LESS included under the image.

All Designers are automatically included in our Designer's Directory. This directory is not only searchable by a key word but also by a location - making it easy to locate Interior Desingers in your area.

1. CREATE YOUR OWN TREASURY - As a member, you have the ability to create treasuries on our team website. The Treasury is an ever-changing, member-curated shopping gallery of handpicked items from our collective portfolio. You can feature your favorite items, items selected on a theme or just whatever you like. One of the treasuries is featured on the home page of the website every day. It is an easy way to feature your items as well as fellow members on our main page free of charge. Each treasury expires in three days and you can make another one as often as you wish.

2. SUBMIT AN ARTICLE - You can write an article on whatever subject you like - related to Home Decor; even one that relates to your handmade items and get free advertising.

We will let you post a link to your website and/or blog anywhere in the article as well as your signature; and any pictures you would like to showcase. It is a smart way to advertise, because if people like what you have to say, they will trust you more and in the end they are more likely to buy from you.

You will also stand out from the crowd and people will notice you more because of what you have to say on a particular subject.
