| I am a retired teacher who has been sewing for my whole life. Presently I am enjoying the etsy website which I heard about from my very creative daughter. Home decor interests me and my specialty is machine embroidery. I like to do simple designs that appeal to everyone of any decor.
After sewing for my 2 daughters and 4 stepchildren, I decided it was time to take my many new skills to a higher level so I joined etsy. With each new challenge, I learn more and continue to exercise my mind while following my passions.
All of my designs are interchangeable and can be embroidered in any colour or size. I do not digitize my own designs, but rather purchase them online from various websites. One day I hope to be able to digitize my designs myself.
Some of my designs take up to 3 hours to embroider but the process is very rewarding for me. As most designers, I make nothing for my time. This is just what I enjoy doing and at this stage of my life, this is what it is all about for me.
Custom orders are always available as I greatly enjoy new challenges and projects. |
